Dear NRDC Action Fund Activist,

In Antarctica, scientists logged temperatures of nearly 70 degrees on the
once-frozen landscape this month — the hottest temperature ever recorded
there.

The climate crisis has led to so much melting at the South Pole that if we
don't make major changes to reverse course, the giant ice sheet will lead
to catastrophic global sea level rise.

Alarm
bells are ringing. The science couldn't be clearer. Climate change will
hit us faster and harder unless we take bold, swift action — now.

There is no time for paralysis. This is a rallying cry. This is a call to
action.

One of the most impactful things that you can do to avert climate disaster
is to elect new leaders who will take this threat seriously — and that
means replacing President Trump with an environmental champion who's ready
to take the bold climate action we desperately need. And it means turning
out climate voters in critical primary races across the country to
underscore how important climate change is to voters.
