* An Arkansas judge dismissed ([link removed]) a lawsuit from a "voter integrity" group seeking to ban voting machines in the state.
* Mark Meadows' Fulton County criminal charges will remain in state court as his appeal is litigated in the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a federal judge ruled ([link removed]) . Meadows is seeking to move his charges to federal court.
* A Vermont court held ([link removed]) a hearing in a lawsuit challenging a local law allowing noncitizens in Winooski to vote in municipal elections and some local referendums.
