Sign Up Now For MyImpact Challenge! The time is here! Students can now sign up for the

2023-24 MyImpact Challenge . Our annual civic engagement contest asks students to develop constitutionally-principled projects that benefit their local communities.

Student projects can win up to $10,000, with $40,000 in total prizes available to students and teachers. Each project that meets the MyImpact Challenge entry guidelines will also be rewarded with a digital Civic Achievement badge.

Share Your Thoughts In Think The Vote! The latest
[link removed]
Think The Vote question looks at a school district in Nebraska that decided to conduct random drug tests this year for students who participate in extracurricular activities. Although it's become a contentious issue, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2002 such tests did not violate the Fourth Amendment&rsquo;s prohibition against unreasonable searches and seizures.

So, should schools be able to randomly drug test students who participate in extracurricular activities? Students can vote and share their opinions on this

BRI President To Speak At Multiple Events Bill of Rights Institute President and CEO David Bobb will be speaking on civil and economic liberty on Thursday, Sept. 14, as part of North Dakota State University&rsquo;s Menard Family Distinguished Speaker Series. Teachers and members of the public are

The Bill of Rights Institute will celebrate

Constitution Day on Friday, Sept. 15, with a live discussion on

our YouTube channel about constitutionally-themed topics. Which includes the value of engaging with multiple viewpoints, the nature of good reflection, the importance of choice in a democracy, the role students and citizens play in our communities, and how we can direct the future of our country through our constitutional system.
