2024 is shaping up to be a critical juncture for the future of our country, and I’m ready to step up and keep fighting for our communities and take back the House next year!

I’m the ONLY Black woman representing New York in Congress and a staunch defender of workers, immigrants, and the people of Brooklyn. Plus, as the First Vice Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, I’m fired up to win in 2024 and get back to work for the American people with a BLUE Congress.

We’re getting ready to start campaigning in earnest, but to do that, we need your support. My team and I set a goal of raising $5,000 from grassroots donors for September – can I count on you to be one of the first donors towards this goal, friend? [[link removed]]

As I look around and see the booming AI industry, I know it’s more important than ever to have someone like me who understands both the threats and opportunities of new technologies and algorithms fighting for our digital civil liberties.

As I see the increasing extremism of the right, I know it’s more important than ever that I keep fighting for progressive values, especially for immigrants and Black and Brown communities in the face of divisive and dangerous rhetoric.
