LGBTQ+ Stories You Should Know About
Two Victories in Mississippi!
Historic news from Mississippi: on Tuesday, Spotlight candidate Fabian Nelson WON his runoff [[link removed]] ! And even better? As of right now, Fabian does not have an opponent in the general election (we’ll let you know if that changes), virtually ensuring he’ll be sworn-in in January [[link removed]] !
Mississippi is one of two states that has never elected and seated an out LGBTQ+ state legislator - we've only elected a handful of LGBTQ+ candidates in the state's history! Fabian will OFFICIALLY shatter this rainbow ceiling once and for all this November. [[link removed]]

Fabian put in the work - and we ensured it paid off.
