I just got out of a meeting with our Policy team, where I learned that the EATS Act threatens even more laws than I’d previously thought. According to a report from Harvard Law School, EATS could overturn more than 1,000 laws—including regulations on horse slaughter, force-fed foie gras, and more. So much is at stake right now.
Luckily, we don’t scare easily.
