Dear John, 

With all the success we had during the legislative session also comes with some downfalls but were not worried! The ACLU and other LGBT groups are filing law suits against some of the important bills that passed during the legislative session!  We filed a legal Amicus brief for SB 14 which protects children from harmful gender transition surgeries and puberty blockers. Another bill that is being challenged in court is HB 900 which protects kids from sexual books in a library! 

We don't expect it to happen but another bill that could be challenged is SB 15 which is the Save Women's Sports bill! We have sent a letter too all public universities advising them on the new law! One of the biggest help's for this issue was Save Women's Sports Advocate Riley Gaines! Riley will be speaking at our policy forum happening in Austin September 15-16th!
