Have you seen the news reports? With all the success we had protecting kids, families, and our faith during the legislative session, we knew another round of attacks would come. In Texas, the ACLU and other LGBT pressure groups are trying to flood the courts with lawsuits against some of the important bills that passed during the legislative session!  Last Friday we filed a legal Amicus brief to support SB 12 which stops all sexual performances (including Drag Queen events) in front of kids. Another bill that is being challenged in court is HB 900 which protects kids from sexual books in a library! 

We don't expect it to happen but another bill that could be challenged is SB 15 which is the Save Women's Sports bill! We have sent a letter to all public colleges and universities advising them on the new law! Read the letter we sent to colleges and universities! One of the biggest helps for this issue was so many female athletes who supported the Save Women's Sports law!
