If you received an ANCHOR Property Tax Relief payment earlier this year, watch your mailbox. If your information has not changed since you last filed for ANCHOR, your benefit for the 2020 tax year will automatically be distributed to you by November 1st, 2023.

Anyone who has changed their mailing address, bank account number, or other qualifying information must file an updated application on the *ANCHOR [ [link removed] ]* website by September 30th, 2023.

"New applicants" need to *file online [ [link removed] ]* by December 29th, 2023.
