The benefits of wild waterways on our health and wellbeing are undeniable. And immersing yourself in cold water – be it your favourite wild swimming spot, a cold shower or a barrel in your back garden – can calm the chaos, boost your dopamine, and give you that post-dip buzz.

But our precious blue spaces are under threat from sewage and plastic pollution. We’ve been campaigning for better water quality and sewage-free seas for over 30 years, but the fight to protect our blue spaces continues. And that’s why your fundraising is so vital.
