If there's one thing Ted Cruz is good at — it's being a
hypocrite, John.

Last week, our part-time senator tweeted out this:

highlighting the need for quality broadband internet to be made more
accessible for Texans. The only issue here is Ted voted against the bill
that enacted this broadband expansion.

And he’s absolutely right — Texans deserve the ability to access high
speed broadband Internet to connect to the rest of the world in our ever
changing world. We also must work to ensure that we remove any barriers
that stand in the way of making the Internet accessible for all.

But...

[ [link removed] ]A headline from The Texas Tribune highlighting how Senators John Cornyn
and Ted Cruz both voted against the infrastructure bill that brought $30
million in broadband internet expansion to Texas.

Both Ted and Senator John Cornyn voted against the bipartisan
Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that guaranteed $1.2 trillion in
critical investments to repair and replace aging infrastructure across the
United States. Texas was earmarked $30 billion of this to repair bridges,
roads, and importantly — set aside $100 million for broadband internet
expansion and improvements.

Both senators cited the “high price tag” of the bill, yet Cornyn and Cruz
had no problem taking credit for the projects that have been funded by
these investments.

John, we're
sick of the BS and hypocrisy, and we're getting ready to Lose Cruz next
year. But in order to make this vision a reality, we're going to need a
groundswell of grassroots support. [ [link removed] ]Will you help us ditch our
