Here's yet another example of Ted taking credit for something he had *no* role in.
If there's one thing Ted Cruz is good at — it's being a hypocrite, John.
Last week, our part-time senator tweeted out this:

And he’s absolutely right — Texans deserve the ability to access high speed broadband Internet to connect to the rest of the world in our ever changing world. We also must work to ensure that we remove any barriers that stand in the way of making the Internet accessible for all.
But...

Both Ted and Senator John Cornyn voted against the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that guaranteed $1.2 trillion in critical investments to repair and replace aging infrastructure across the United States. Texas was earmarked $30 billion of this to repair bridges, roads, and importantly — set aside $100 million for broadband internet expansion and improvements.
Both senators cited the “high price tag” of the bill, yet Cornyn and Cruz had no problem taking credit for the projects that have been funded by these investments.
John, we're sick of the BS and hypocrisy, and we're getting ready to Lose Cruz next year. But in order to make this vision a reality, we're going to need a groundswell of grassroots support. Will you help us ditch our hypocritical senator by chipping in $5 today?
