The National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) protects you and me from greedy
corporations who want to put some of the dirtiest polluting projects in our communities. But Trump GUTTED this law of its most critical protections – and the damage remains today!
President Biden could restore these protections – and good news: he’s

disproportionately targeted.

plant. The people in these communities breathe in toxins from air pollution, unknowingly drink contaminated water , and suffer from increased rates of health issues like cancer and asthma.
