The National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) protects you and me from greedy corporations who want to put some of the dirtiest polluting projects in our communities. But Trump GUTTED this law of its most critical protections – and the damage remains today!

President Biden could restore these protections – and good news: he’s considering changes to NEPA right now. We don’t have a moment to waste! Please, Friend, help restore this bedrock environmental protection before more companies push through dirty fossil fuel projects!

Big Oil and Gas is already pushing polluting projects into communities across the country – Black, Brown, Indigenous, and low-income neighborhoods are disproportionately targeted. 

Take a moment to think about what it’s like to live near an oil refinery or coal plant. The people in these communities breathe in toxins from air pollution, unknowingly drink contaminated water, and suffer from increased rates of health issues like cancer and asthma.
