1. Birth control available without a prescription: An FDA panel unanimously agreed that the progestin-only birth control pill Opill can be marketed and sold over the counter — no prescription needed and regardless of age.

2. Abortion in Iowa remains safe and legal: A state district court has temporarily blocked a newly enacted six-week abortion ban in Iowa.

3. Virtual health center opens in Michigan: Planned Parenthood of Michigan launched a virtual health care center, designed to expand access to sexual and reproductive health care services for patients across the state.
