panic.

Just read what he told his top donors in a message about his race against
Lucas Kunce for Missouri’s U.S. Senate seat:

After proving himself to be a fraud and a coward on January 6th and
failing Missourians during his first term in the U.S. Senate, Josh Hawley
made himself the most vulnerable GOP Senator up for re-election in 2024.

FIRST: Some of Hawley’s top supporters announced they’re refusing to
support his re-election campaign this cycle — including his former mentor,
three-term GOP U.S. Senator Jack Danforth, who said supporting Hawley in
2018 was “one of the worst mistakes he’s ever made in his life.”

THEN: Polling from Morning Consult showed Josh Hawley has the lowest
approval of any Republican U.S. Senator running for re-election in 2024 —
even worse than Ted Cruz and Rick Scott!

AND NOW: National Republicans are dumping money into our race — more than
a year out from Election Day — to prop up Hawley and his flailing
campaign.

All of this means we have a real opportunity to defeat Josh Hawley and
flip Missouri’s U.S. Senate seat next year, but it’s not going to be easy
