Dear Friend,

I wanted to check in and make sure you
know about this exciting opportunity. There's still time for you to
join our special $600,000 Matching Gift Challenge and make 2X the
impact in the fight to end Alzheimer's disease.

You're such an important member of our
community - a friend who inspires us to strive for a cure.
Chances are good that you, like me, have experienced the devastation
of Alzheimer's in your own community, and with people you know and
care about. I'm sure you understand that the number of people with
Alzheimer's is increasing each year, and our own risk is growing as we
age. It's never been more urgent to fight this cruel disease with
everything we have.

you to help us get there. We're getting closer to our goal every day,
but we still need your help.

We're at a critical moment in our
fight to end Alzheimer's. The number of Americans affected by this
disease is rising, destroying lives and devastating families. Maybe
you have someone in your life living with Alzheimer's or another
dementia. If so, you know the toll it takes.

Witnessing the decline of a loved
one's memories, personality and independence is truly heartbreaking.
Caregivers face immense challenges, as they provide constant support
and care, often sacrificing their own well-being.

But there is light ahead.

Two Food and Drug
Administration-approved treatments are already making a difference for
some people living with early Alzheimer's by targeting one of the
underlying causes of the disease. Additional clinical trials are
underway, offering hope for even more effective treatments in the
future.

While this is a tremendous step
forward, the Alzheimer's Association's work is far from done. We won't
rest until everyone living with Alzheimer's - at any stage
- can get the treatment, care and support they need and
deserve.

For people living with early
Alzheimer's, access to these treatments is crucial. We cannot let any
barrier - whether it's related to cost, coverage, logistics or
lack of knowledge - come between those living with this
devastating disease and the essential care they need to help slow the
progression of the disease. We want to ensure that these and other
emerging treatments are accessible and affordable for all people.

But we can't do it without you.
