Friend,

Recently, Kamala Harris spoke passionately in Jacksonville, FL, about the Florida State Board of Education's concerning curriculum updates that suggest there were some positives to slavery because it taught enslaved people useful skills.

I’ll echo her words unabashedly: THERE WAS NOTHING POSITIVE ABOUT SLAVERY.

I stand with the Vice President in condemning the Florida GOP’s twisted narratives. Florida needs our help! Chip in $30 for a split donation between my re-election campaign and the Florida Dems! [[link removed]]

Vice President Harris said it best:

“There are so-called leaders, extremists, who are attempting to require in our nation an unnecessary debate with the intention, I believe, to try and divide us as Americans. Stop… They insult us in an attempt to gaslight us, and we will not stand for it.”

The Florida GOP is pushing white supremacist talking points. Full stop. We need to put an end to this radical extremism, and I’m standing alongside the Vice President in support of Florida Democrats opposing their extremism.

My dear friend Kamala’s thought provoking words have inspired me to do a split donation with the Florida Dems!

Friend, will join forces with me and the Florida Democrats to raise funds to support an accurate and inclusive education in Florida’s school system? [[link removed]]
