In 2018, a gunman killed 11 people at a synagogue in Pittsburgh. Today, the jury decided a death sentence should be imposed on the gunman for his crimes. The jury found 50-year-old Robert Boweres guilty on 63 charges in June, including dozens of hate crimes and civil rights offenses for the crimes he committed at Tree of Life synagogue five years ago.

A new report by the McKinsey Global Institute has found that low-wage workers are 14 times more likely to lose their jobs to AI than higher-earning workers. The researchers found that higher-paying jobs will be impacted, too, but these workers' roles are more likely to change and shift rather than disappear entirely.
