SUT Update

Beginning October 1, 2023, the following new local taxes are administered by the Department of Revenue:  


* Fergus Falls Sales and Use Tax 0.5% [ [link removed] ]
* Metro Area Sales and Use Tax for Housing 0.25% [ [link removed] ]
* Metro Area Transportation Sales and Use Tax 0.75% [ [link removed] ]

The Local Sales Tax Notices [ [link removed] ] are published 60 days prior to the begin date.

Changes to the Local Sales Tax Information [ [link removed] ] documents on our website are published approximately 30 days prior to the begin date.
