** Working together: an online seminar
------------------------------------------------------------

Join us at our online seminar on supporting LGBTQ+ people to navigate alcohol issues, avoid alcohol problems and access alcohol support

10am to 1pm, Thursday 21 September 2023

We’ll be hearing from experts with personal and professional experience of drinking in LGBTQ+ communities, working to make more LGBTQ+ sober spaces, and how support services can be made more relevant and accessible.

** Run a Half (or Two) in Cardiff and London
------------------------------------------------------------

We have offices in London and Cardiff and we wanted an event to embrace our English and Cymraeg identity, it’s the ‘Alcohol Change UK Marathon Challenge’!

The challenge involves running the Cardiff Half Marathon and Royal Parks Half Marathon in 2023 to complete the iconic marathon distance.

You can complete the challenge individually (running both events) or as a team (one event per person). How will you complete the 26.2 miles?

If you’d rather just run Cardiff Half ([link removed]) or Royal Parks Half ([link removed]) on its own you can do that too, it’s a challenge for everyone!
