Hope you
had a good long weekend.

“Volunteer work” often feels like there’s this huge barrier to entry in
front of it — as if the only way to make an impact is by being a policy
genius with an MFA.

But the truth is, anyone can be an effective volunteer. All you need is a
basic understanding of our health care system, and an interest in talking
to people — either in person or via text — about Medicare for All. That’s
it!

If you’ve been thinking about getting more involved but were nervous about
the bar being too high, this request is for you:

[ [link removed] ]Please join us this upcoming Thursday for another of our introductory
calls. We’ll quickly go over the work we’re doing, why it’s so effective,
and most importantly — why you’ll find it easy to get involved with.

Election season is really heating up now. And with so much of the
spotlight being put on U.S. health care, now is a more important time than
ever before to get more involved with our work to win Medicare for All.

We hope to talk to you soon. Your continued support and participation — no
matter which form it takes — means the world to us.

In solidarity,
Jasmine Ruddy
