John, after a critical stretch of I-95 collapsed, some experts said it would take months to get traffic flowing again.

But here in Pennsylvania, we got it done in 12 days.

Look, I know we've all become accustomed to infrastructure projects getting mired down in a slog of reviews, permits, and delays — and dragging on for years as a result. But it doesn't have to be that way. Americans can do big things again.
