Take a look at this Axios graph:

[ [link removed] ][IMG]

The share of people in the U.S. who skipped medical treatment last year
because of costs rose substantially compared to 2020 and 2021.^1

While those with higher incomes are more likely to report that they are in
good health, people without insurance are twice as likely to skip
treatment.^2

There’s absolutely no reason that millions of people should be forced to
choose between making ends meet and seeking necessary medical care.

It’s no coincidence that at the same time, giant health care corporations
are driving up the costs of care and pocketing billions of dollars every
year.

[ [link removed] ]It doesn’t have to be this way. We have a plan for
taking our fight directly to the corporations that are profiting from our
broken system, and we need your help. Can you join us in this fight by
RSVPing now for our July Patients Over Profits Strategy Call?

Health care corporations have billions of dollars at their disposal and
curry favor with politicians by donating vast sums to their campaigns. We
know that our strength lies in our numbers and our ability to collectively
take action. The Patients Over Profits pledge is about using our
collective power to demand that candidates and elected officials reject
campaign contributions from the industry.

[ [link removed] ]If you want to make an impact on our fight from anywhere across the
country, RSVP now to our Patients Over Profits Strategy Call on July 27th.
