because of costs rose substantially compared to 2020 and 2021.^1

While those with higher incomes are more likely to report that they are in
good health, people without insurance are twice as likely to skip
treatment.^2

There’s absolutely no reason that millions of people should be forced to
choose between making ends meet and seeking necessary medical care.
