Patriot,

Thanks to your phone calls, e-postcards, and emails, the
amendment to repeal the indefinite detention of Americans without
due process passed the U.S. House for the first time last Friday.


In previous legislative sessions, this very same amendment has
passed the Senate, but failed in the House, which means now that
we've won the House vote, there is a great chance we can get this
across the finish line.

We've come too far - to restore the constitutional right of every
American to due process of law - to stop now.

TELL YOUR SENATORS RIGHT NOW: Repeal the NDAA provision that
suspends the due process rights of American citizens and allows
for their indefinite imprisonment!

United States of America . . . indefinitely.

That's what can happen if we pass this amendment to the National
