defend our reproductive rights, ensure racial equality in our legal
system, and protect our right to vote. And we need them now.

The Supreme Court’s latest term saw unprecedented rollbacks of LGBTQ+

These lower courts are critical; they decide how to apply Supreme Court
cases. And since the Supreme Court hears so few cases, these judges will

of a Supreme Court that undermines Americans’ basic rights and liberties.
