NAFCU makes recommendations ahead of NCUA’s annual reg review ([link removed] )

NAFCU Senior Regulatory Affairs Counsel James Akin wrote to the NCUA Friday as the agency prepares for its annual review of one-third of its regulations. The agency will review Parts 711-747 of its regulations.

In the letter, Akin offered NAFCU’s perspective on a variety of topics the RFI highlighted.
