Graduation at The Tick Tock Nursery ??
Tick Tock Nursery Aspley
*Councillors Graham Chapman and Patience Ifediora attended the graduation of 22 primary school children from the Tick Tock Nursery based on Denton Green.*
A few years ago councillors helped get the nursery established for local families. Thanks to the excellent management of its owner Natasha Bryan, it has gone from strength to strength, opening a second branch in the Bells Lane Community Centre.
Early years education is essential to give children a decent start in life and a facility like this in our estate is amazing.

Little Sparks Babies and Toddlers Group
Little Sparks Aspley
*We are so grateful for the support of Nottingham City Council in assisting us financially to start Little Sparks [ [link removed] ] parents and babies/toddlers group at Woven St Martha’s Church in Broxtowe Estate. *
We are open during term times on Thursdays 9.15am – 11 am. We’ve been able to purchase new toys to add to our pre-loved donations, safe-to-drink coffee cups, and invested in a new street sign to increase visibility.
Families love coming here, and with our large space and existing soft-play area we hope to increase our numbers to create a fun and welcoming community where parents can enjoy that extra support and for it to be a real highlight in their week.
- Peter Huxtable, Vicar at Woven St Martha’s Broxtowe
