As new European laws affecting machinery exports loom, the effects are felt nationwide, particularly in Ticino and Jura, where machinery exports contribute to over 20% of total exports. Forced to seek alternative solutions, some businesses consider establishing production capacity within the EU single market, impacting Switzerland's growth potential and overall prosperity.
