David Hincapie, Economic Development Specialist of the Washington Metropolitan Area District Office of the Small Business Administration (SBA), will discuss aspects of writing a formal business plan including:

* How do I write a business plan?
* What should I include in my business plan?
* How often do I update my business plan?
