The Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce (MBCC), in partnership with the Small Business Administration (SBA), is sponsoring a free 2-part series in-person seminars, focusing on the various aspects of the business planning process. 

David Hincapie, Economic Development Specialist of the Washington Metropolitan Area District Office of the Small Business Administration (SBA), will discuss aspects of writing a formal business plan including: 

  • What is a business plan? 
  • Do I need a business plan?   
  • How do I write a business plan?
  • What should I include in my business plan?
  • How often do I update my business plan?
