These so-called Service Centers are believed to be Chinese intelligence gathering operations and were found in seven U.S. cities, including St. Louis, San Francisco, St. Paul, Omaha, Charlotte, Houston, and Salt Lake City. Last year, the New York Post reported on a Service Center <[link removed]> spying on American leaders in New York City. A Chinese service center set up to spy on the country’s nationals in Lower Manhattan is run by a US charity that is on an IRS blacklist. My bill made it through the House, but the Senate failed to pass the bill and China continues to own Missouri land.
