I met Renee many years ago when a friend introduced us and asked me to advise her regarding the unfolding tragedy upon learning of her 11-year-old son’s secret addiction to online pornography. We became fast friends as I was able to walk alongside her through what would be a long journey of healing and recovery for her son. She bravely shared her family’s story for the production of Enough Is Enough's Internet Safety 101 program a number of years ago. I know you will be truly inspired by her bravery in telling me her story including the shocking lengths her 11-year-old went to in his quest to access internet pornography which Renee had blocked, to the inspiring hope the family went through together to bring their beloved son into long-lasting healing and wholeness. He is grown now and thankfully living a happy, healthy life in recovery. But there are many, many children who aren’t so lucky.
