Russia moved to shore up its internal security forces as the Defense Ministry said that the Wagner paramilitary group that launched a mutiny last week was preparing to hand over its heavy weapons, an indication that it could be disbanded as an autonomous force in coming days, as the WSJ reports

The dollar will maintain its position as the world’s dominant reserve currency over the next decade, confounding growing calls from some countries for the adoption of alternatives, according to a closely watched annual survey of central banks, as the FT reports

Another genius use of music in “The Bear: Season 2” is the use of an obscure Counting Crows tune, “Baby I’m a Big Star Now.” The song wasn’t even released in the United States—ever. It was a bonus track on the UK version of their 2008 hit album “Saturday Nights &amp; Sunday Mornings.” You can’t even find this song on Spotify, Apple, or Amazon in the US. Given how great this track is, I’m not surprised that “The Bear” producers unearthed it. Counting Crows have sold over 20 million records and remain a dynamic touring force. I can’t understand how this song has slipped through the cracks
