Hi John,
I hope this email finds you in good health and that you and yours are thriving. I’m writing today to share some exciting news with you.
After almost four awe-inspiring years, I’ve decided that the time is right for me to transition out of my role as president of The Opportunity Agenda. What an incredible ride – and privilege – to serve in this role. Even while in the face of one of the most challenging eras our nation has ever experienced, we’ve accomplished so much, and there are many highlights from the last four years, which you can read about

Leaving TOA in a strong and secure position is a source of great pride for me, and a vital part of that strength comes from our incredible and special team. That's why I am so pleased to share that Adam Luna, our Vice President for Program Strategy and Impact, will be stepping into my shoes as Acting President when I leave next month.
Adam’s leadership and innovative ideas equip him well to guide TOA into the next phase of the organization. You can look forward to hearing more about his ideas and plans, along with information about the ongoing search for a permanent TOA president.
Your steadfast support, both for me as a leader and for TOA as an institution, has been pivotal in fostering TOA’s growth and innovation. Please join me in supporting TOA’s journey by making a contribution to our newly created
Narrative Leadership Fund<[link removed]>, aimed at nurturing leaders at all levels of our organization.
