A year ago today, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade , upending nearly 50 years of protection for a person's right to privacy, choice, and reproductive freedom.

Since this dangerous ruling, women of color, rural communities, people living paycheck to paycheck, and other marginalized folks have borne the brunt of the repercussions. People have been left with no choice but to travel hundreds of miles to the nearest clinic, struggle with long wait times, and deal with financial barriers.

Team, I have always stood firm in my belief that access to reproductive health care is a fundamental right and that these deeply personal decisions should be made between a woman in consultation with their doctors.
