Pathway Act in 2021, and recently re-introduced it again in 2023. My
Senate colleagues Gillibrand, Murkowski, Cramer and Wicker have joined
me in making this bipartisan legislation available for the current
118th Congress to sign.
It’s my hope that your support of this Act
will help you and I cut through the political partisanship that
far-too-often prevents the American people from gaining viable access
to safe, affordable, life-saving treatment options.
This is a
monumental time in history when we have the ability to reform FDA
pathways to treatments for those struggling from the worse medical
diagnoses - like ALS and other life-threatening diseases - WITHOUT
DELAY.
