Most Americans don’t realize the regulatory Big Government FDA burden that impedes the innovation and delivery of life-saving drugs and treatments currently in place. It usually takes 10 to 12 years on average to approve new, alternative drugs in this country. Together, with our combined commonsense commitment to policies that better American wellness, I’m confident we can finally move this legislation forward.

I first introduced the Promising Pathway Act in 2021, and recently re-introduced it again in 2023. My Senate colleagues Gillibrand, Murkowski, Cramer and Wicker have joined me in making this bipartisan legislation available for the current 118th Congress to sign.
It’s my hope that your support of this Act will help you and I cut through the political partisanship that far-too-often prevents the American people from gaining viable access to safe, affordable, life-saving treatment options.
This is a monumental time in history when we have the ability to reform FDA pathways to treatments for those struggling from the worse medical diagnoses – like ALS and other life-threatening diseases – WITHOUT DELAY.
