Wyoming Beef Council to Discuss Funding Research

 

**Cheyenne, WY,  June 15, 2023**
The Wyoming Beef Council (WBC) will meet virtually at 11:00 am on June 22, 2023 to discuss a proposed research study: *Characterizing live animal performance, carcass characteristics, sensory and meat quality attributes of feedlot cattle with varying levels of pulmonary hypertension risk, *from Dr. Cody Gifford. The mission of the WBC is to benefit Wyoming's beef community and economy by heightening domestic and international beef demand.
