Wyoming Beef Council to Discuss Funding Research

The Wyoming Beef Council (WBC) will meet virtually at 11:00 am on June 22, 2023 to discuss a proposed research study: Characterizing live animal performance, carcass characteristics, sensory and meat quality attributes of feedlot cattle with varying levels of pulmonary hypertension risk, from Dr. Cody Gifford.
The mission of the WBC is to benefit Wyoming's beef community and economy by heightening domestic and international beef demand. Council members ensure responsible and effective allocation of checkoff funds to improve the marketing climate for beef and beef products.
