Friend, 11 years ago today, immigrant youth won Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
(or DACA) , a policy that has allowed hundreds of thousands of young immigrants to build
their lives, pursue their dreams, and contribute to their communities in the
United States.

But let's be clear — while we celebrate the anniversary of DACA, we also
recognize that DACA is not enough. Without a permanent legislative solution,
immigrant youth and their loved ones are living each day in limbo, at the mercy
of shifting political tides and court rulings.

So, today, as the House reintroduces the Dream and Promise Act , which would offer a clear pathway to citizenship for immigrant youth, we are
giving this fight everything we’ve got, and we need your help, friend.
