No employee should be subjected to harassment, but some employees are more vulnerable to workplace harassment than others. Employees who are neurodivergent, belong to the LGBTQI+ community, and from immigrant and migrant populations are often subjected to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation at higher rates than their co-workers. Being able to recognize the vulnerable employees in your workforce and ensuring harassment-free workplaces is important for any organization. In this workshop, subject matter experts discuss best practices for harassment prevention for vulnerable employees.
