Dear friend,

This year, Pride feels a bit different. There are a record number of anti-LGTBQ+ bills moving through Republican-controlled state legislatures — including bills to separate trans kids from their affirming parents, deny trans people gender-affirming care, ban drag, and prevent conversations about LGBTQ+ people and stories in schools.

That's why I am raising money for the LGBT Center; they have been at the forefront of the fight for LGBTQ+ justice for over 20 years. Their advocacy and mutual aid work supports young people by connecting them with healthcare, community, and financial resources. Can I count on you to stand with them? [[link removed]]

I am so grateful for the bravery and determination of the leaders who have brought us this far -- and I am looking to them as we continue this work.

I hope you'll join me in this fight.

Together,
Nydia
