John, Boris Johnson should have resigned a long time ago.

But he has finally left in disgrace, lacking integrity until the bitter end.

There will now be a by-election in Uxbridge & South Ruislip.

Along with the by-election in Mid-Bedfordshire announced yesterday, we now
have two chances to send a very clear message to Rishi Sunak.

There are thousands of people in both these constituencies who will never
vote Labour.

Sunak needs a win now more than ever and he will throw everything at it to
avoid further embarrassment.

We cannot let that happen.

We now need to raise double the funds we asked for yesterday - please donate
today so that we can reach voters in these seatsimmediately.

£10,000 raised today will allow us to start our campaign straight away in
Uxbridge & South Ruislip, just as we are managing to do today in
Mid-Bedfordshire thanks to donations from our Members and Supporters last night.

Printing and delivering leaflets in the first few hours is absolutely crucial
- and I need to let our printers know how much we can afford to do today.

John, this is an important moment for our party.
