Senator Mike Braun recently spearheaded the effort to proactively
address Lake Freeman’s economic revitalization.

Due in large part to
the 2020 drought, the lake reached “abnormally low” water levels,
thereby causing a significant downturn in boating and recreation
revenue.

Local residents and businesses rely on increased traffic
and patronage.

Senator Braun worked out a viable solution by
bringing the Northern Indiana Public Service Company and Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission together – his
