TDI requests input on new filing exemptions informal working draft

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requests input on development of a new rule, to be added in Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Chapter 5, Subchapter F [ [link removed] ]. If adopted, the rule would exempt additional commercial lines of property and casualty insurance from rate and form filing requirements, as authorized by Senate Bill 1367 [ [link removed] ] (2021).
