TDI requests input on new filing exemptions informal working draft

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requests input on development of a new rule, to be added in Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Chapter 5, Subchapter F. If adopted, the rule would exempt additional commercial lines of property and casualty insurance from rate and form filing requirements, as authorized by Senate Bill 1367 (2021).
