Kim Reynolds continues to prove she is one of the most political, partisan Governors in the country. Yesterday, she deployed 130 National Guard and State Patrol officers to the Texas southern border, about 1,000 miles from any part of Iowa.

This is yet another instance of her using her office to pour gasoline into the culture war fire while ignoring problems facing everyday Iowans such as rising costs, a workforce crisis, and more accessible healthcare.
