What work are you performing?
We are performing necessary maintenance upgrades to our systems affecting access to Online Actions, Targeted Email and a few other tools, like OpenVPB, MiniVAN and Call Time apps.
Will my database be unavailable?
No, this work will only temporarily affect access to Online Actions, Targeted Email and a few other tools, like OpenVPB, MiniVAN and Call Time.
Will my Online Actions Forms remain available? What will supporters experience when they visit those pages?
Online Actions forms will remain available during the maintenance window.
Will recurring contributions be impacted?
These will process as normal.
What will happen if I have an Automation series or other Targeted Emails scheduled to go out during that time?
Scheduled Targeted Emails and Automations are not affected by this work.
What about other jobs that happen during that window, such as custom imports/exports, Counts and Crosstabs?
These will run as normal.
What about API-related tasks that happen during this window?
These will run as normal.
What about Pipeline? Will that be disrupted?
Pipeline will run as normal.
