Dear MoveOn member,

Yesterday, MoveOn members showed up in New York to protest Fox News'
upfront presentation to advertisers, as well as in Detroit, Michigan, and
Miami, Florida, to picket the headquarters of two of Fox's largest
advertisers: General Motors and Subway.

Members were calling on GM, Subway, and other large corporations,
including AT&T, to stop advertising on Fox News and providing them with
millions of dollars in revenue to continue spewing their vile racism,
xenophobia, and lies.

It was a powerful moment to increase public pressure on Fox's advertisers
and get us one step closer to taking Fox News off the air.

But we are not done yet.

Yesterday, we also launched a video ad directly tying the election fraud
lies pushed on Fox News to the corporate sponsors who fund the network—and
we are targeting the ad to the people who will be the most concerned by
this connection being made public: executives at GM, AT&T, and Subway.

That's right, we are bombarding executives at these companies, along with
executives at the ad agencies they use, with reminders of the hate and
lies their money is funding—and what could happen to their bottom lines if
the public finds out and decides to boycott them.

We want to launch new ads each week highlighting the worst of what Fox
News hosts have said that week, make sure that these executives can't
avoid them, and expand our ad buys to let their customers know where their
money is going—but we need your help to do it. Will you start
a $5 monthly donation now to ensure we have the consistent
funds necessary to keep this campaign going for as long as it takes?

[ [link removed] ]No, I'm sorry, I can't make a monthly donation.

In the past week alone, Fox News hosts and guests have promoted the
racist, antisemitic "great replacement" conspiracy theory at least 12
times, repeatedly pushing the same vile lies that have been used by
multiple mass shooters to justify their race massacres.^1

Another host called students at Howard University, a prestigious HBCU,
"pretty dumb" for highlighting the racism they continue to face in
America, ludicrously stating that these Black students had never seen
"real racism."^2

And they continue to provide a platform to known white supremacists and
fascists every single day.

This is the rhetoric that GM, Subway, and AT&T are paying to keep on the
air. They are using money that consumers like you give them to keep
violent bigots, fascists, and liars on the televisions of millions of
Americans who are being infected by their hateful bile every day.

But that's why our plan is so strategic.

Corporations care only about their bottom line, and if we can push out
these ads and make corporate executives afraid that their profits will
take a hit because of their continued association with Fox, they will cut
and run.

And if Fox loses all of its major advertisers, they will not have the
money to stay on the air.

Fox is already on the ropes after agreeing to pay nearly $800 million to
Dominion Voting Systems, and their ratings have been falling precipitously
since Tucker Carlson was fired, which means this is the perfect time to
deal the final blow that takes them down once and for all.

If we have the money, we will run as many ads as we can, for as long as we
can, to get rid of Fox News. But MoveOn is funded by our members, so we
can do it only with your help.

Please, if you are able, will start a $5 monthly gift
today?

Thanks for all you do.
